Technology Square Research Building

Facility Highlights: Includes a 93-seat traditional auditorium, a banquet hall that can be divided to three conference rooms at 40 seats for each, a pre-function area, a pantry kitchen and built-in AV systems.

Event Logistics Committee

  • Student organization members, as well as department administrators and non-Georgia Tech groups, may be required to meet with the Event Logistics Committee (ELC) depending on the size and scope of their event.
  • The ELC is a campus committee that consists of members from various departments, including GTPD, Parking and Transportation Services, Facilities-Landscaping, Procurement and Business Services, and the Center of Student Engagement.
  • The ELC provides information and advice to help with event coordination and to ensure a well planned and well organized event. All organizations that are planning campus-wide events are encouraged to meet with the ELC.
